information—nonpublic information that identifies you—is essential to HAMI in meeting its goal to provide
you with our services, ministry and products, and will be treated with respect and in accordance with this

When you contact Hesed Agape Ministries, we may request certain information in order to provide the
services and/or products you have requested or to minister to you. This may include identification and
contact information, as well as transactions and past experiences with HAMI. Examples where such
information may be requested include: subscriptions, prayer needs, meeting registration forms or other
forms containing your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, and past transactions you
have had with us.

Any reference to “Hesed Agape Ministries” or “HAMI” within the context of this Privacy Policy is intended, and
shall be considered to be inclusive of each and all entities operated by Hesed Agape Ministries, including
its local church offices.
